1. Information We Collect
We collect machine telemetry, environmental metrics (humidity, temperature, load spikes), and device communication flags via edge gateways. This information is processed exclusively to compute OEE anomalies and optimize energy waste. We do not collect or store any proprietary machine code or logic parameters.
2. Tenant Isolation & Storage
Each client environment is routed to an isolated database schema. High-throughput data streams are secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. Tenant subdomains are completely quarantined to prevent cross-dataset visibility or leaks.
3. No Data Sharing
WireByt Analytics does not rent, sell, or trade client operational telemetry datasets to third-party advertisers. All physical system logs are strictly confidential and used solely for your dashboard analytics and alert routines.
4. Your Access Rights
You have full control over your telemetry history. You can request complete database wipes, export time-series logs, or deactivate active gateway communication channels at any time by contacting our system administrator.
